If your items are in stock we aim to deliver your goods within 5 days of placing the order. If your items are out of stock, we will inform you and will aim to dispatch your order as soon as the product becomes available again.

We will email you to confirm when your order has been received, and then again when your order has shipped. We don’t charge you until your order has been checked and is on its way to you!

Please contact us if you require urgent delivery of your items.

Rest of the world
We ship anywhere in the world – contact us for a quote. If you’re outside Australia simply select your country when completing your order and we will get back to you with a quote.

International order delivery times will vary based on the country of purchase, but average 14 days. Please contact us to find out more.

Returns, Replacements and our Comfort Guarantee

We love your feet and we want you to be happy with your Flipsters. We guarantee Flipsters are the most comfortable flip flops of their size. If you try Flipsters and for any reason you don’t agree, you can exchange or return the goods back to us – no questions asked. If you would like to exchange or return your goods you can do so within 14 days of purchase provided they are in a reasonable condition.

Returns will receive a full refund less any applicable postage costs. Please contact us to arrange a return or replacement and remember to fill out the return form.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel an order by emailing your request to info@flipsters.com.au or by contacting us. If the order has already been dispatched, you can send the items back to us within 14 days for a full refund less any applicable postage costs. Please remember to fill out the return form.
