Product Information
The website www.flipsters.com.au is owned and operated by L & M Designs Pty Ltd. All products listed on www.flipsters.com.au are described to the best of our abilities. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.
The 3D pictures appearing on parts of this website are stylised artistic representations. These have been created to represent a version of the Flipsters product. Due to the artistic nature of these pictures, the actual product may vary slightly from the images you see.

All content appearing on this website including the website text, the description of our products, the photography and the 3D images are the copyright property of L & M Designs Pty Ltd.
Payment Information
All orders are placed into an order request database which is fulfilled at the end of each day. When ordering, your credit card is not charged when you place your order. At the end of each day we check our stock levels, your order is processed, and packaged for delivery. Only once your order has been packaged do we charge your credit card.
All orders are in Australian dollars.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards only. You may also pay by Paypal.
We also accept direct deposit into the following bank account: L & M Designs, BSB: 062 000, Account: 013475052. Please quote the reference number we give you in the transaction, and allow 1 – 2 working days for the payment to be received prior to your order being dispatched.
Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers.
If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.
Shipping Information
The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in 3 - 5 working days, and should arrive in Australia in 5 - 7 working days and elsewhere in the world in approximately 14 working days, depending on the location. Unfortunately, at some times, processing orders may take longer.
Shipping Errors
L & M Designs Pty Ltd uses Australia Post to send your products within Australia and overseas. Whilst we use quality carriers, the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, L & M Designs Pty Ltd will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price. For special shipping requirements please contact info@flipsters.com.au.
Limitation of Liabilities
Under no circumstances will L & M Designs Pty Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from L & M Designs Pty Ltd, beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. L & M Designs Pty Ltd reserves the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.
Returning Defective Merchandise
At L & M Designs Pty Ltd we are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised and without fault. We will attempt to replace any defective merchandise (subject to stock availability) or refund you for any defective merchandise (excluding shipping costs) provided that:
The return is pre-arranged with L & M Designs Pty Ltd. This can be done by e-mailing info@flipsters.com.au;
the product is returned to us with proof of purchase and completed return form within 14 days of the date of purchase;
the product is in its original condition; and
the product is not defective as a result of misuse.
Should there be any problems with defective product, please contact L & M Designs Pty Ltd first. All returns must be pre-arranged by emailing info@flipsters.com.au.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their unworn and in original condition in the box within 14 days of receipt.
We will issue you with a full refund back on the credit card that you used to make the purchase, or exchange the item, at your request (subject to stock availability).
We will not under any circumstances refund the cost of shipping the original product to you in the case of exchange or refund.

L & M Designs Pty Ltd may revise these terms at any time. Use of this website is subject to the revised terms.
