“We guarantee Flipsters are the most comfortable foldable footwear you’ve ever put on your feet. If you don’t agree, you can exchange or return them to us in as new condition within 365 days of purchase.” You only need to pay the postage and handling cost.

To organise an exchange or return simply fill out the RETURN FORM.
